Smooth Central Park Rental

I rented a hybrid bike for a few hours to explore Central Park. Booking online was easy enough, and I picked it up from their Midtown location. The staff quickly got me set up with the bike and a helmet, which was included. The bike itself was in good condition, shifted well, and the brakes worked fine. It took me about 3 hours to ride around the whole park, and the bike was comfortable for that duration. Returning it was also quick, no fuss. I appreciated that they had clear signs for where to go for pick-up and drop-off. The whole process felt efficient and well-organized. I would use them again for a casual ride.

Brooklyn Bridge tour was fantastic!

Oh my goodness, the Brooklyn Bridge bike tour was absolutely incredible! Our guide was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience so much fun. The views were breathtaking, and the bikes were super comfortable. I had such a blast, and I'm already planning my next trip to try the Golden Gate Bridge tour! You guys are amazing!

Decent rental, minor issue

I got an electric bike rental for a day in Santa Monica. The bike was pretty good, gave me a nice boost for cruising the boardwalk. Booking was straightforward online. My only minor complaint was that the battery indicator seemed a bit off; it showed less charge than I expected for a full rental, though it lasted my whole ride. Staff at pick-up were helpful. Overall, a good experience for the price, but they could check battery levels more precisely before handing them out.

Rented a kid's bike

Needed a kid's bike rental for my son when we were in DC. It was super easy to book online, just picked it up near the National Mall. The bike was fine, nothing fancy but it worked perfectly for him to ride around. The staff were friendly, got us in and out without a long wait. Made our day a lot easier, honestly. Good experience overall.

What if it rains on the day of my booked tour? Do I just lose my money or can I reschedule?

S Sarah Beaumont 2 months ago
They're usually pretty good about rain. I think you can reschedule or get credit if it's bad weather, but check their exact cancellation policy.

My tour got rained out in DC, and they let me rebook for another day. Didn't lose my cash, which was nice.

Totally legit. Rented from them in NYC a couple times, no issues at all. Good bikes.

How long can I actually keep a rental bike for? Is it just for a few hours, or can I get it for a whole day?

A Andre Patel 3 months ago
You can rent for a few hours or a whole day, they have different time slots. I did a full day rental last time.

Thinking of doing the Hudson River bike rental. Do they include locks or do I need to bring my own if I want to stop for food?

B Beth Okafor 2 months ago
Locks are included with the rental, so you don't need to bring one.

I usually just book online a bit in advance, that often gives you 10-15% off without needing a specific code.
